Cubetown offers high-tech games that test your team’s physical and mental agility across a wide variety of real-life challenges. Once inside, you and your team choose from 24 different combinations of games and difficulty levels, each lasting up to five minutes. Once in the room you will be able to keep track of your score and progress throughout your experience making Cubetown perfect for a casual night out or intense competition.

Games are usually played in groups of 2-5, but if you have 6 or more people, no problem! You can split into smaller groups and switch players at any time once in the gaming area.

We also allow people to play by themselves, however we recommend bringing along friends and family!

Suggestion: Our rooms are typically designed to fit a group of 2-5 players. We allow larger groups (6+ players) to divide into smaller teams and rotate players anytime once in the gaming area! While solo play is allowed, we highly encourage you to bring along friends and family for a more enhancing gaming experience!

Walk-ins are welcome upon availability; however, it is strongly recommended that you book an appointment ahead of time as we cannot guarantee we will have an opening available if you just drop in.

Suggestion: While walk-ins are accommodated based on availability, we strongly advice booking a room in advance. This ensures that we can better guarantee a spot for your group to play in!

Booking is available both online and over the phone. Payment can be made online or on location when you arrive. Walk-ins are welcome upon availability; however, it is strongly recommended that you book an appointment ahead of time as we cannot guarantee we will have an opening available instore?

The games have been designed adults, and therefore will be physically and mentally challenging for anybody under the age of 8. Cubetown requires a paid adult to be in the games at all times with children 8 years old and younger.

Please note, the paid adult counts towards your team of 2-5.

Suggestion: Our games are designed for teens and adults which may challenge younger children under the age of 8. Therefore, Cubetown will require a paid adult to be present in the room with children who is 8 years old and younger.

Gift vouchers are available for purchase online, over the phone, or at the location. The voucher is in the form of a code. If you prefer a physical item to gift, please stop by our location for a card.

Cubetown requires players to run and jump in our game rooms. To create a more engaging experience for our guests, our room contains flashing lights and loud music to create a feeling of adrenaline and excitement.

While all players are welcome to play at Cubetown, we ask that those with pre-existing health conditions use caution and check with your medical professional before attending when necessary.

We are more than happy to walk you through our facility at any time during our store hours before you book to find out if you are able to play at Cubetown. Please be advised the games at Cubetown involve differentiating colours of the same family and vibrancy.

A booking can be cancelled or moved as long as at least 48 hours’ notice is given. If you are running late, notify our staff (phone call preferably). If you are 10 minutes (or more) late to your session without informing staff, your session will be cancelled and there will be no reimbursement.

At Cubetown we are excited to give our guests a fun and safe experience than ever before.

CLEANING

All games and equipment will be cleaned thoroughly, in a rotation, multiple times per day with additional cleanings between guests.

GUEST’S HEALTH

If anyone in your group is feeling unwell, has been in contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 or is displaying symptoms including fever, cough or shortness of breath, please contact us to reschedule your game, free of charge.

Both rooms cost $35.00 per player

Payment can be made online or on location when you arrive.

Play time is 25 minutes long, but we do ask that guests arrive 10-15 minutes in advance to check in.

We are happy to host birthday parties however we do not have any private party spaces available to cut a cake or serve any food.
