What is a room escape?

Room escapes are interactive spaces where players tackle physical and mental challenges to progress through a story-line. The final goal is to escape out of the room within an allocated time frame. Find hidden clues and solve the puzzles as a team to get out as fast as you can to gain a place on our leader-boards!

How many people can play?

We can accommodate for a range of groups however, each room has a minimum requirement of 2 players. Please check out our rooms page for recommendations on group sizes.

What if we have more than the recommended players?

Ever heard “too many cooks spoil the broth”? Generally for larger groups we would suggest splitting across multiple rooms to keep the games comfortably challenging for everyone.

Do we need to bring anything?

All you need to bring is your curiosity for new experiences and your super sleuthing abilities. We suggest wearing comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes for your safety. We provide everything else you need to escape the puzzle rooms.

Do we have to arrive earlier?

We do recommend arriving 15 minutes earlier for a briefing session on your scenario as well as a breakdown of the rules of the puzzle room. This allows you the maximum amount of time to solve the clues!

How much time do we get?

The suggested time frame for each of our rooms is about 60 minutes. If you work well as a team and think outside the box you may make it out in record time and join the ranks on our leader-board!

What happens if we get stuck?

Should you run into any difficulties solving any clues during your experience, our staff will there help you out. Each team is allocated a walkie talkie so you can keep in touch with our team members at all times.

Are your rooms suitable for kids?

Each scenario ranges in difficulty and we do have a suggested minimum age due to this. Please refer to our rooms page for a detailed breakdown of each game and the age recommendations.

How can I book a room?

When do I pay for my booking?

We require a deposit of $70.00 for all our reservations and this is processed online using our bookings system. The remainder of your payment is to be made in store on the day of your booking.
